Terms of use

Your files and permissions
Use only files you own or are permitted to process. You retain your rights in your files. The tool does not grant rights to purchased templates, third-party trademarks or source content. Files are processed in your browser; see the Privacy policy.
Core and Plus
The existing Core features are free. A one-time Planner Print Prep Plus purchase licenses its batch and named-profile features to the purchaser for their own use. No recurring billing, transfer of source-template rights, resale, shared team license or entitlement to every future major version is included. Taxes and the final payable total will be disclosed at checkout.
Delivery and access
Paid orders are sold through Creem as merchant of record. Access is granted only after server payment confirmation and access verification; a checkout return URL is not proof of payment. Keep access to your purchase email. Restore Plus using a one-time email link, with no password or activation code. Access verification requires internet. Service failures or email delays may delay access; contact support for help. A refund or payment dispute may suspend or revoke Plus access. The Core remains available independently.
Printing and supported inputs
The tool prepares static PDFs and cannot control printer drivers, feed skew, mechanical variation, borderless modes or physical cutting. Check the preview and print a test sheet at 100% before a batch. Unsupported PDF features are rejected. iPad/iPhone, Safari and physical printer paths remain unverified. Resource limits are stated in the tool; passing a browser check does not guarantee every PDF will work.
Support, refunds and changes
Contact [email protected] for product issues. You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, for any reason. Read the Refund policy for how to request one. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to paid features or terms will be explained before they apply. No guarantee of unlimited future hosting is made.
