Refunds and purchase support
For Planner Print Prep Plus purchases. The individual-PDF workspace remains free.
7-day full refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, for any reason. Send your request within that window; processing by the payment provider or bank can take longer. No troubleshooting or proof of a defect is required.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the purchase email, date and order reference. Tell us you would like a refund. We use these details to locate your order. For duplicate charges or access problems, you can also contact us for help. Please do not send card details, identity documents or private PDFs.
Before you buy
Try the free Core with your PDF and printer first. Plus adds batch processing and saved print settings; it does not include templates or guarantee physical printer alignment. Your purchase is covered by the 7-day full-refund policy above.
Access and refunds
Approved refunds are processed through Creem and the original payment method where supported. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Signing out does not request a refund. A full refund revokes Plus access, including browser sessions and unused restoration links. Your local files and free Core use are unaffected. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
